I am inspired by the archaic, by the natural preservation of the past in rock and stone, the legacy of lives animal or vegetable encapsulated within. I love the ghost of another time found in fossils, historical ruins and the tangible parts of the past. Both my 3D and 2D work is directly inspired by this interest. I try to capture the past, hold on to time and feel connected with it.
